2. Principles

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). We apply the principle of data minimisation: we only collect data that is strictly necessary for the respective purpose.

This website uses no analytics tools, no advertising networks, no social media tracking and no cookies of its own.

3. Hosting – Cloudflare Pages

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit, the following data is automatically stored in server log files: IP address, date/time, URL accessed, HTTP status code, data volume transferred, referrer URL, user agent.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in secure technical operation.

4. Contact Form – Formspree

The contact form uses Formspree (Formspree Inc., Baltimore, MD, USA). Submitted data (name, email, message) is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not passed on to third parties.

5. Embedded Content

YouTube (Google LLC)

Videos are embedded via youtube-nocookie.com. In this configuration, cookies are only set and data transferred to Google when you actively play a video. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; upon playback Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (implied consent through active use). Google Privacy ↗

Instagram Reels (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.)

Instagram Reels are embedded on the Videos page. Content is only loaded after your active consent (clicking "Load Instagram content"). Only upon that click is data (including IP address, browser information) transferred to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland). 6. Fonts

This website uses the typefaces Cormorant Garamond (Christian Thalmann, SIL OFL 1.1) and Inter (Rasmus Andersson, SIL OFL 1.1). Both fonts are served locally via the npm package @fontsource and delivered directly from our own server. There is no connection to external servers (e.g. Google). No personal data is transferred to third parties.

7. Cookies & Tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no tracking. No analytics or advertising tools are employed. Third-party services (YouTube, Spotify, Instagram) may set their own cookies when actively used – this is outside our control.
